Sustaining Tririfla is the ‘mixture of three fruits’ as the name implies, is the combination of three popular herbal fruits: Amla (Emblica officinalis), Harad (Terminalia chebula) and Baheda (Terminalia bellerica). A combination powder of these three herbal fruits, popularly known as Triphala powder has been used in most Indian homes for years. It constantly finds mention in ancient Ayurvedic medicinal texts as a cure for a number of ailments.
