HimPharm provides a standard set of documents for each consignment. These documents help bring structure to every project HimPharm undertakes with a client. HimPharm also provides documents that may help with the import process in your country, your regulatory fillings, and to certify the quality of your products in your label.
HimPharm provides a contract or an agreement for the supply and purchase of goods. This contract lays out the terms of the supply and purchase relationship between you and HimPharm.
An invoice is the bill for the consignment that is generated by HimPharm once the order is ready to be shipped.
A Packing list or Packing Detail is a document that includes details about the contents of a consignment. The packing list is intended to let transport agencies, government authorities, and customers know the contents of the consignment or shipment, how many boxes are there per shipment and what is the content of each box. These details help these parties handle the shipment or consignment accordingly.
The Certificate of Analysis is the quality certificate for a product which lays out the quality tests that were performed to check the quality of the product, and the result of those tests.
HimPharm provides a MSDS or Material Safety Data Sheet which is a technical document that lists information relating to occupational safety and health for the use of various substances and products.
HimPharm also provides other quality certificates like a GMP certificate or a HALAL certificate for your record or regulatory compliance.
The Airway bill, Bill of Lading or the Lorry Receipt (LR or GR copy) are provided by the airline, shipping vessel or freighter that contains information of the receipt of goods by the forwarding company for their onward transport. It also contains details of the origin, destination, tracking code for the consignment or shipment.
HimPharm can provide additional documents on request for your regulatory requirements or for fulfilling the import process in your country.
HimPharm provides marine insurance to insure your consignment during transport from its facility to your address or warehouse. Marine Insurance is provided by HimPharm at an nominal additional cost.
You may require Third party lab tests for your quality or regulatory requirements. HimPharm works with internationally recognized laboratories that provide independent analysis results in a transparent manner. HimPharm can also provide heavy metal test and pesticide residue test results through third party laboratory testing
Phytosanitary certification is used to attest that consignments meet phytosanitary import requirements that may be a mandatory import requirement for your country. HimPharm provides a Phytosanitary certificate on request.
A Certificate of Origin is a document declaring in which country a commodity or product was manufactured. The certificate of origin contains information regarding the product, its destination & the country of export.
The certificate of free sale is provided by the evidence that goods, such as food items, cosmetics, biologics, or medical devices are legally sold or distributed in the open market, freely without restriction, and approved by the regulatory authorities in the country of origin
